Link Tony's speech has been written in Washington and he's running late. Our unflappable leader decides he can make his last minute changes on the hoof…

Blogging has slowly become something that fits into my everyday life. Just like waking up and getting dressed, at some point I try and fit time in to read some blogs, and write something. I don't even really think about it, it's just become naturally. Along with everyone here at JU, I've seen people come and go. I'm watching the site grow. I'm also seeing blogging becoming more popular. Or so I thought. I found this article on the linked website. Despite the potential of turning e...

It's amazing what we are attracted too. We have these polls, agreeing who the most attractive female and males are. We all can kind of agree, that someone is traditionally good looking. It goes far deeper than that. People don't always end up with what we decide is typically good looking. Mostly because we are all attracted to different things. Some people go typically for looks, some go for personality, some go for confidence. It all depends what you like I guess. Now in Hollywood th...

What a day. Am I glad to be sitting down. My folks are D.I.Y crazy at the moment. A task that doesn't appeal to me at all. I generally go out when they are doing such things, and keep out of the way, in fear that I'll get in the way, or even worse, they will rope me into helping them! Today there was no escape. My Mum hates clutter. She hates things to be out. She likes the minimum. Me and my Dad however are completely different. We like clutter, and lots of it, and we hate to throw...

First impressions are very important. We put alot on first impressions, and theyy are often difficult to change. They can work in a positive and negative way. If we meet someone and we don't like how they look, they are in a bad mood, or they are rude. Even if this is a one off, we will remember this behaviour. That will be what we remember when we think of that person. These things are difficult to change. Even if we after that they give us a good impression, it will be difficult to f...

Ken Bigley joined his US counterparts. His family recieved news of his death today. They were sent a video showing him pleading for his life, then one of the kidnappers took a knife from his pocket and cut off Mr Bigley's head, as three militants held him down. They blamed Tony Blair for not meeting their demands. It's very sad, my thoughts are with the families of all three men.

Just to clarify, I don't think ALL men are dirty rotten cheats. Just the majority of them, hehe...no sorry....I think that both men and women are just as capable of these acts, but I'm taking this viewpoint because of a discussion I had with someone. According to this someone, men are made to cheat. They are incapable of remaining faithful to anyone, where as women are. Because we are not sexual creatures like men. This person says he has been madly in love on several occasions with pe...

I adore sex and the city! I think it is fab, and was heartbroken when they finished the series. In my opinion it rocks. Sassy, sexy women, who know what they want and aren't afraid to go out and get it. They all wanted the same thing, in their own different ways, they just had different ways of going about it. The best thing about this programme was they were all so different, but yet remained really good friends ( don't worry I know it's not real). Well here's my problem....I'm going...

Here it is folks go and play.... Link Marriage is something I don't think I will ever be entering into, for lots of reasons. It just doesn't appeal to me. This game was fun though, I got a boob job, and a happy husband out of it. What could be better!!!!

I don't think I take life very seriously. I have a friend that worries about every element of their life. Worries about the future, the past. I'm not completely heartless. I just tend not to worry about the important things. Recently I found a lump on my breast. At first I wasn't worried. Maybe I wanted to bury my head in the sand, maybe I thought it would go away. I checked it regularly and realised I had to do something about it. I went to the doctors, and it turned out to be nothi...

Since joining JU, one thing that has frustrated me no end, is thinking of titles for my articles. When it comes to the title I just go completely blank and have no clue what to write. However, I have been amazed at how I can glance over at the latest article section, and just by the title have a good idea which of our great bloggers wrote it. Everyone seems to have their own style, and the more you read their stuff, the more evident it becomes. So we are going to play a little game. I h...

A car bomb killed at least 16 people and injured more than 50 in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad on Monday. US leaders and the interim Iraqi government have both insisted elections scheduled for next January will still go ahead, though they may not go ahead in every part of the country. King Abdullah of Jordan is against this, and says it will be impossible to hold elections in the current state of chaos that is going on there. So these are the questions that comes to mind.... Can el...

I probably shouldn't be writing about this, I feel guilty doing so, but I have to share it with someone. So it may as well be with you JU. Where I can remain faceless, and nameless. I think my sister is insane. I don't say this lightly either. I think she is a nutter. She has always been guilty of strange behaviour. Always. She has this paranoia that the world is out to get her. She also has a face you want to slap. Do you ever see them people walking down the street that have a cer...

I am currently reading a book that tells its story based around the 1970's. The book isn't important, it's the 1970's that are important, not because of anything significant that happened, but because of the comparison of how we live today. Sure, there was no computer games, no mobile phones, technology was no where near as forward as it is today. I could barely understand the language used in this book. The language that people used to interact with each other. The conversation was tota...

There are many things I can't do. I can't play a musical instrument. I can't speak another language. I can't drive. There is one thing I would love to be able to do, but it's not something you can really learn. I would love to be able to draw. I'd love to be able to think of an image in my head, and be able to just transport it to a piece of paper. How I would love that. Unfortunately that isn't going to happen, because I can't even draw stick people. I am totally in awe of people t...
