Well I've just seen on the news that Bush and Kerry go head to head in twenty four hours time. That this is Kerry's last chance to win over the American public. As I'm not American and don't really know the feeling over there, is there really a chance for him to change things? Will 90mins really do anything for him. From what I have seen on JU, people are very passionate about their politics, and I don't think tey will be that easily swayed. As I said though, I don't know as I'm not the...

I've hurt my back. I don't mean hurt my back, like ouch every time I bend over, I mean as in I can barely walk. It's annoying to say the least. I have felt it coming on for a while now, and today I woke up, and it wasn't to bad, but as they day has progressed it has slowly got worse and worse, until I've reached the point where i don't really want to move! I think a visit to the doctors is in order, but I'll put it off for as long as possible. Anyway grumble over about my back, I ha...

Question : What are the most annoying kind of blogs? Answer: The ones about blogging! Hehe! Sorry folks, this is one of them annoying blogs. I have been thinking about JU, and what kind of place it is, and well, just how much I like it. You see I have alot to thank JU for. Not only has it opened my eyes to so many subjects, that I would never have given the time of day to, and not only has it allowed me to meet a great bunch of mixed people, but it's allowed me to do what I love...

Apparently it takes alot more effort to hate someone than it does to like them. Liking someone is the easy option. To hate them, for me at least means they have done something significant to cause this reaction. When I say significant, I don't mean they stepped on my foot, or looked at me the wrong way. I mean, they did something that I will never be able to forgive them for. As a rule I don't hate, not because of the effort of it, but because it consumes you. It makes you act in a way ...

Sir Richard Branson, the British entrepreneur has signed a £14m deal to see passengers taken into space. He is having five "spaceliners" built in the US by the team behind the SpaceShipOne vehicle. The California-based rocket plane became the first privately developed carrier to go above 100km in June. It will cost around £100,000 to go on a "Virgin Galactic" spaceliner, and the first flights should start in around 2007. According to research Richard Branson has completed, around 3,000 p...

So you get dumped. Your world is coming to an end. The person you built your world around for the last, forever long is no longer in your life. They may have cheated on you, you may have cheated on them, you may have just grown apart. Anything could of happened. Your heart feels like it could break into a million little pieces. You cry until you feel you could never cry again, yet somehow you manage it. You rely on support of friends and family to get this person out of your head. You...

Whilst listening to the radio a while ago, a lady phoned in and said she had discovered her boyfriend was cheating on her, and had kicked him out. Nothing really odd there is there. I mean people cheat everyday. We know it's so easy to do, and love and trust doesn't seem to weigh very highly when it comes to todays couple. However, this ladies story got stranger. Her boyfriend went off to the pub with his friends, and she went to do some work on the pc they shared. She discovered his ar...

While Sat at some traffic lights near my sisters house, a woman was handing out leaflets to everyone waiting who were sat in their cars, the leaflets looked something like this; Peace and liberation! Free the hostages! Free the Iraqi people! Stop firing! Stop bombing Iraqi towns! No to the occupation! Troops out of Iraq now! We were against the war before it started. We opposed it while it was happening. We are against the occupation. Why? Why do most Iraqis want us out...

For a while, I worked in a card shop while I was at college, they sold all kinds of tacky things. Including these keyrings that had these funny saying on them. I had two favourites, that sum up my personality very well. " You're depriving some poor village of its idiot" And " Heaven won't have me, and hell is afraid I will take over" So I found this website, that had more of these quirky little sayings, and I just had to share. I have a simple mind! Please feel free to add yo...

She sat. She stood. She paced. She sat again. She looked at her phone. She sighed. She lay down finally giving into the sleep that was creeping on her so badly. She couldn't get him out of her head though. No matter how badly she wanted to shake it. No matter how much she wanted a clear head, she couldn't. Why couldn't she let him go. Let him ride away on a wave of good times. Why couldn't she free him from her mind, even for a short amount of time. She lay there in the dark. Ju...

My parents have taken to being grandparents like ducks to water. They love it with a passion, they can have the joys of having a baby around the place, without having sole responsibility for the child, they are more able to enjoy the fun times. Times are changing for grandparents. When my Mum was a child, your grandparents house was somewhere you went of a Sunday. Just a traditional thing to do. Now Grandparents are getting younger and younger. Mostly dues to parents getting younger and...

This situation just gets more heart breaking by the second. Watching Ken Bigley's family beg for his release. Words can't even describe the feeling. His wife who speaks little English confused and not fully understanding the situation. His elderly Mother breaking down and unable to get her words out. His son trying to appeal to the better nature of the terroists. An act I fear is pointless. A government keeping silent, as they won't be seen to be negotiating with terroists. A man blin...

There are some things you never talk about, some things that get left unsaid. That's why family is so important, because you have that history. Me and my sisters may be very different people, but there is a history that none of us can deny, a history that will be with us forever. These things may go unsaid, but you can see it when you look in their eyes, you can see it when you say certain things. My eldest sister we have a history that goes far beyond the drug abuse she has put the famil...

I have noticed that my blogging follows a certain pattern. That week by week, the days I feel like blogging tend to be the same, The days I feel like blogging about certain things tend to be the same. I blame school. That they had a fixed timetable for a year. It's ruined my life. I will never forget I had double French first thing on a Monday morning. That will torture me forever. Anyway here is a week in my blogging life; Monday I'm a big grump bag (blame double French, inci...
