Question : What are the most annoying kind of blogs?
Answer: The ones about blogging!
Hehe! Sorry folks, this is one of them annoying blogs.
I have been thinking about JU, and what kind of place it is, and well, just how much I like it. You see I have alot to thank JU for. Not only has it opened my eyes to so many subjects, that I would never have given the time of day to, and not only has it allowed me to meet a great bunch of mixed people, but it's allowed me to do what I love. Write. Now writing is a therapy for me. All them things that I can't say, all them ramblings that go through my head, now I have somewhere to write them. I am far off being a great writer, but it is something I enjoy, and JU allows me to do that. Before JU I had stopped writing mostly. I had a diary, but all the short stories and poems, and screenplays I'd wrote had stopped. I'd somewhere along the line lost my passion for writing. When I was seventeen, I thought I could change the world, and do what I wanted, then the harsh reality of life kicked me in the teeth, and kicked the passion out of me too. JU found it for me again, let me write what I was feeling, and didn't laugh at me, for that I am grateful.
JU has changed even in the short time I have been here. People come and go. People write different things, the arguments change. It never seems to be stuck in a rut, just moving forward and forward. I laughed at the concept of blogs. Of people being interested in other people. I have been completely astonished by the level of talent here though. The intelligence of some people is just amazing. The kindness of some people, is amazing. It has certainly given me hope in people. Recently I have found many of the people I have felt close to here, have not been around as much. I miss them. I miss the smiles they give me, and the emotion they write. They will be back though, and this is the point of this blog, or maybe there is no point, I don't know. The face of JU is changing, but the heart will beat the same. Onwards and upwards fellow bloggers!
