Serena knows how to do it!

I love strong women and women with a bit of spunk. In a society dominated by men, we need them women to show what is what. I am also a sports freak. I adore sports. The effort that goes into it. The passion behind it. The tears, and feeling they can make you have. When the hairs on the back of your neck stand on end, there is no other feeling like it. Oh how I love it. I enjoy tennis alot, and there are no stronger women, than the Williams sisters. They gave the womens game a new look, a new power. Some actual personality, and no one does it like Miss Serena Williams. Check out this picture folks, and tell me this lady does not have some spunk!

Now tennis players wear very little anyway, but she looks like she's going for a night out! I love it. Dressed in a black crop top with silver studs that was teamed with a denim skirt, Serena finished off the outfit with black knee high "boots" and the ensemble was accessorised with a black bandana and a black sweat, sorry perspiration, wrist band that was worn higher up her right arm, near the elbow.

The traditional tennis establishment wasn't to happy with this look, and she was told to lose the boots. More conventional footwear please! No dragging tennis into the new century, or injecting some personality into the game! Ahh, well I think she rocks, and good for her for having the guts!

I am glad someone loves her... I just dont think its very becoming of a female athlete...

What is she trying to proove with this getup? She should just let her tennis do the talking rather than let the establishment form an opinion on her based on her 'attitude'

BAM!!!

Not becoming? So she conform, and be like everyone else!

Ahh now be fair, her tennis has done the talking for a long time! She shouldn't be judged on how she dresses, and how is it different to how the others dress? her attitude, is what makes her, her. We should take it as part of her game!

I saw a pic of her in The Australian newspaper yesterday... I dont take much notice of tennis usually but she had on some sweet threads! Black top and skirt with silver studs on the hemlines. Uber street, not the usual prissy get-up. My kinda tennis

I like non-conformists. The only problem with them though is they're all the same...

Hehe, ahh how true is that! Good for her for having a go though, she still kicked ass on the tennis court!
