...such an exciting read......

I haven't wrote a blog for a few days, and I'd love to say that I had got up to loads of exciting things but that would be a lie, I shall however give you a rundown of what exactly I've done, you never know I may be able to make it slightly interesting, ahh we live in hope. After I wrote my last blog I spoke to kermit, which was erm...good?? I can't actually say it was good it was more about sorting things out, and we did I think. He wasn't feeling very well though, I just wanted to look after him, awwww. That was friday, then on Saturday I woke up feeling ill, grrrr! My ear was sore, and I had a sore throat, and my hayfever had started so it was like I had the flu, and worse of all I sounded like a man, noooo! I hate having hayfever, as soon as some nice weather shows its self, which to be fair isn't to often in England, it starts, and it is like I've got a constant case of the flu in the summer. Some bright person told me that to sneeze eight times is a similar sensation to an orgasm, hmm must google to verify later. So the majority of Saturday was spent sitting feeling sorry for myself and getting my Mum to look after me, the joys of living at home .

Sunday was a good day, went for a barbecue at my sisters, which in hindsight was a bad idea for my hayfever, but other than that it was great fun. Usually my sisters barbecues start off with just a few of us and as time goes on they grow in size, but Sundays was relatively quiet, just me, my sister, Maddy mae, my sisters best mate Melanie and her son Dominic. I think as we have more of them, more people will come. I remember when I was a kid, I had to beg my sisters to play with me, they are like ten years older than me and they were more interested in doing their own thing than keeping me occupied. Dom is an only child, so he's always looking for someone to keep him occupied and I'm more than happy to oblige. Mel and my sis took it upon themselves to start the cooking and me and Dom started a tennis tourament. What fun! I have to say I'm more of a badminton kind of girl, and I blame this for me losing to an eight year old, and not my complete lack of talent, I might start going somewhere to play tennis, the gym is to sadistic for my liking and I need to get my ass in shape for the summer. Dom ended up taking pity on me and decided that I might be slightly better at football, now although I love football with a passion, I have two left feet when it comes to playing the beautiful game. I was also in mourning at Arsenal winning the title, grrrrrrrr, it even makes me hate Thierry Henry . I ended up in goal, with Dom just kicking the ball at me, what fun! I was soon saved by Maddy Mae crying, I thought it was impossible to love her anymore but it seems everyday I love her that little bit more. She is just so beautiful, I'd die before I let anything or anyone hurt her, she's just so defenceless at the moment, but she's gorgeous, when she giggles at you it just melts your heart. Or when she is going asleep, and she needs to be close to you to get a sleep, and she gets a death grip on you, just so you can't escape, so she knows you're there, things ae so simple at that age. Anyway, we had are barbecue, wasn't bad for the first one of season, even Dom appreciated some of the food, then as it was getting late evening, and as Dom had lost the tennis ball ( I could of cried!) it was time for monopoly. It turns out I'm the only person that will play monopoly with him, but I love it. Or should I say I did love it..... Even when I was a kid people wouldn't play it with me, I think it's because it can go on for so long and you have to give it your full attention if you are truely dedicated to winning. Which my competitive nature means I am. It started out so well, I was actually winning, I had a strategy, buy quality not quantity. Dom went the other way, buy anything he landed on! You know what ended up happening??? I was bankrupted by an eight year old...I need some serious practice at Monopoly, I wonder if there is somewhere online you can play it, hmmmm. Back to the barbie, by this point my hayfever was really bad, my eyes were streaming, so was time to go home, things felt a bit better between me and kermit when I got home which was nice, not fully recovered but on the way.

Monday, I went to the gym in the morning, yay me!!! I go to the gym at my uncles works and he usually gets me to do some work while I'm there, I didn't really mind as kermit was going away on Monday, so I did the work and then went to say my goodbyes to Kermit . It's only till Friday, but wow I'm going to miss him! I spent the evening tormenting David about missing Kermit I can see he's going to get sick of me quick, hehe! Tuesday I spent the day with Maddy Mae, awwwwwwww, that's all I have to say, she is just so lovely, I'm so in love, bless her. She is, however, a puking machine, in the space of an hour, i had two clothes changes and she had three! Still cute though even with the projectile vomit .

Which brings me to today, it's wednesday morning, I thought I'd miss Kermit most at night, but it turns out that it's worse in the morning, I wake up kind of expecting to talk to him, and he's not there . It's really, a horrible feeling, I just miss him . Instead I was left with Trisha, for those of you who don't know, it's a morning talk show here in England. Wow she irritates me, she is such a know it all, she gets all these trashy people on her show, and proceeds to preach to them for an hour or how ever long it lasts for. She has a body language expert on, who is just fabulous, he says stuff like, they are turned away from each other, this means they are not happy, hehe, no shit sherlock!!!!!! Anyway I'm sorry for the boring read folks, just thought I'd share my exciting life, have a nice day folks xxxxx

How can you possibly hate Thierry Henry?

for my money he is easily in the top 5 best players in the world, If not the best.

To tell you the truth Sally, the lack of sun and abundance of cold is one of the reason's I have postponed my overseas adventure. I really dont think I want to escape the Australian sun... just know that it is the middle of Autumn here, and it was a bright and sunny day in Melbourne!

The sun makes me smile! the cold makes me sad

BAM!!!

As a bitter Man Utd fan I hate to say it, but Thierry Henry for me, is not only a sexy thang, but also without a doubt the best striker in the world, even better than the great Ruud van Nistelrooy, my dream is for them to be partnered up front for Man Utd, that would just be fabulous, we'd be unbeatable!

How long was you planning to visit England for? The weather here sucks big time, I'm so jealous of all that sun! I'd love to visit Aussie someday, sun with no sneezing sounds good to me !

Trisha? Is that kind of like Jerry Springer?
I used to get Hay Fever soo bad before i moved East. I had to take these little black pills called Atarax or something, they helped but they used to make me really sleepy. Can't you take anything for it? Maybe if u see ur doctor he could give something.
Anyway, ur barbeque sounded really fun, must be nice to hang out with family. But beaten by an 8 yr old? That is quite shameful!!
Sorry, but i have no idea who Thierry Henry is! Have a good one, love Dyl xx

"but i have no idea who Thierry Henry is!"

He is the greatest football player in the world old chap, He plays for Arsenal Football Club who i happen to be a shareholder in. Terrible polite young chap, he has always addressed me as Sir Maxwell when i am mingling in the players lounge after a game.

Yes Dyl Trisha is like Jerry Springer, except alot worse if you can imagine that! She also has a minor heart attack if they get slightly aggressive bless her! Yeah I really should go to the docs, because it is just getting worse every year! I am ashamed, totally, but he is a bright eight year old, that is my defence, I'm glad to see you back, on my way to read your latest article !

Peter, you traiter! How can you be a shareholder in Arsenal, that is just wrong, they are never going to succeed in Europe, I thought you would invest your money more sensibley! Though If you could set up a meeting with Mr Henry, I'd be most grateful, hehe! You not on yahoo no more Petey? Not seen you around in a while .

I am assuming by 'football' you and 'Sir' Peter means soccer. Never heard of Thierry Henry, but I'm American so I'm sure you'll understand.

Hayfever can be pretty miserable. The medicines which actually help make you dleepy so I don't take them. WOuld rather sneeze and wipe my eyes than have 'medicine head' all day.

I love barbeques. Thinking I may fire up the grill tonight myself. Sounds good.

Not boring at all. I love to read about the 'normal lives' of other people. Especially those who live in other countries. People are the same all over. (Except some us barbeque beef while others barbeque goanas or some other strange things lol)

Yo Sally...

I was planning on staying for quite a while... a mere few months is not enough time to see Europe... when you live in Australia is not ecconomical for several trips to Europe in your life time.. you kind of have to do it all in a few big hits... I was planning on a year at least... I dont need a visa because I have dual citizenship...

I might still come over is Sir Peter Maxwell offers me a 100,000 quid contract to keep his peasants in line...

BAM!!!
on Apr 28, 2004
Sorry Mason, yes me and Petey were talking about soccer, and I'm not surprised you don't know who Thierry Henry is, bet you've heard of David Beckham though ! Thanks for your comment, nice to see these articles interest some ppl!

Muggaz, I had a friend that went to Aussie land for a few months, and she loved it but the same theory goes with it, it's just not enough time, you may as well do it properly if you're going to do it, so does this mean you're still considering doing it?? I'm sure Peter would be interested, maybe if you share with him the sadistic things you'll do to his peasants it will encourage him .
on Apr 28, 2004
You must treat peasants as if they are cattle for them to work productively.

Is that the same Trisha who used to be on our Aussie playschool? Trisha Goddard?
on Apr 29, 2004
Yes! I googled, and it is the same Trisha, now I know why she does the show she's just moved on to a bigger playschool!!!

2006 isn't far off, and I have to say the most exciting of all them sounds like sitting in the Stretford End, hehe, though Amsterdam and Prague are pretty wicked to .
